Drunk Driver's

This morning most Seniors had to wake up extremely early to watch a drunk driving incident that took place right outside of our school. The incident was very graphic and highly descriptive. There was a car with approx. 4-5 teenagers. 2-3 in the back and 2 in the front. 1 student was pronounced dead right at then scene of the crime. The others were in critical condition, and taken off to the hospital. The driver was charged with aggravated homicide and sentenced to prison. Years I don't know but i'm sure it's probably 25 years max. The car was dismantled right at the scene of the crime. The girl found dead was taken to the medical examiners office to have an autospy performed, after the examiner called the girls parents to come and identify the girl. I seen the accident last year and it was a really shocking experience. It scares me to know that I can be driving one night, and be in the wrong place at the wrong time and get struck by a young drunk driver. It makes me not want to drive at all, just the thought of, "that could be me, dead!" "/ I think that most of my peers should take that seriously and perform safe driving. Also I hope that they stay away from the wheel if they're intoxicated. Them not getting behind the wheel after they had a couple of drinks would save lives. As for Memorial Day Weekend is approaching where people, teens and adults get extremely ridiculous, drinking and driving thinking they're okay when they're not.

Fashion 2011

Spring is in the air, well it's been for like a month and a half now. Anyways, the new fashions are coming out, and or being repeated from years ago. You know, "history repeats itself." But the main thing in fashion that I've been paying attention to are my dresses, they're all very unique. No two favor each other, well of course I would hope not! haha. Anyways every thing is changing, the styles, colors, and etc. Certain seasons that come along all have there selected color for that season. For example, this year Spring the color scheme feels like it's the color White. I recently fell in love with the color White, to the point where I wore 7+ different pieces of clothes that were White. The color White to me projects purity, glow, vibrance, and cleanliness. It's absolutely beautiful. But who knows what the Summer fashion colors hold for us, I'm feeling White, Yellow, Teal, Orange, Red, Purple, Blue and etc. All those bright colors that just make every where you go vibrant and at peace. Anyways I hope you all keep up with the new in seasons fashion, because Spring is almost over and Summer is rarely near. Bye! :D

P.S. To the left is a dress that I bought back in January, it's like an off white beigy color, but I think it's gorgeous :D

The 4th Marking Period

This marking period is the marking period that I want to just fly by. I'm going to be staying on top of all my classes and going to prepare for taking a couple of my finals -_- At least I'll be exempt from like 3-4 of them, and plus I get to take them early which is Great! And the best thing about being a Senior is that we only need a B+ average and a B+ at the end of the year. Yet i'm so ready for June 27th, 2011, Yeah that's right, Graduation! Even so I still have to be committed to my classes and on the right path to continuing to receive good grades. I'm going to view my grades to see if I can be exempt from any more finals, because I really don't feel like taking any of them, maybe 1-2, and that's it! But besides that and staying focus, prom is another task that I'm battling with, having it almost being cancelled to it being back on. What a rollercoaster, right? Anyways prom is within a month now, literally. Everything for the week, week before, and after are already all planned out, and hopefully they all go as planned. But after prom passes me by, school will be over with before I know it, which is so exciting! I can't wait! C/O 2011. Time to get out of here, ha-ha :D I'm ready to say Farewell to dear old Hackensack High. Only 6 more weeks! 6 more! :D

SPRING BREAK 20ELEVAN

I had a fun time over Spring Break! I was practically hanging out and in the city most of it. Saw things I never got too. I saw my best friend a lot. Went to her school and had everyone talking, ha-ha. It was funny, and Monday the weather was AMAZING! I met people that always wanted to see me that never got the chance too. I had to get around school security guards, ha-ha. I drove around and back hanging out with people closest to me. And now I'm upset that it had to end, but bright side schools over within like 6+ weeks. And Prom is next month, I'm all over the place planning, just waiting until the day is finally here. But Oh Boy! I can't wait for Summer! :D

Midterm Exams

The last week was my birthday week, and yes that's right, it was MIDTERMS week! The worst part of school. Luckily for me I only had to take four, which required me coming in Monday and Tuesday. The first two were Psychology and English, and the next two were Discrete and Pre AP Spanish 2. They were all easy except for Discrete. I was happy that I had Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as a 1/2 day(My Birthday) OFF! Luckily it snowed Wednesday night and we had a snow day Thursday, so then I had no school on Friday, can we say PERFECT! I had a GREAT birthday weekend, one of the best during my high school years, especially since now I'm a Senior! But throughout all my midterms there's only one that I felt I didn't do so well on and that one was Discrete Math/Statistics. The rest I know were extremely easy and that I past them, I'm just eagered to see my grades. And now it's Monday, I hate Mondays and ehh I'm back in school_- after my 5 day weekend I wish to have never come back, just send me my diploma hahaha :D But i'm hearing some teachers don't get the grades until after Thursday which isn't good because I'm ready to receive the good news! And ready for this 1/2 day to end! Yes Senioritis is coming in heavier now. All I have to do is maintain my good grades so I'm free of Finals! :D

QueenDay Countdown of 2011

24 more days until my QueenDay, boy I love 2011 :)
This is MY greatest year to come, especially with Graduation right around the corner.

H'llo2011 :) Happy New Years.

As the days were being counted down for New Years to approach, my cousins and I were kind of excited to get ready to go out and celebrate. We went to her hotel party at around 11pm, waited for the ball to drop. Then mins later we left to go to a house party in another town. I was invited to another hotel party that I then discovered was downstairs from my cousins hotel party. Smh_- That was a big blow. But other then that we were off to the next party to celebrate more. We partied until the sun came up, we had a blast. I normally don't make a resolution because I can never stick to them. But I do have one this year and that is to get everything on track. I won't tell it'll just be a surprise, so just wait and see. My biggest thing is to finally graduate from high school, and to move on to the next big step, College! I can't wait! But that's pretty much it for now, except that after New Years, I started the big countdown to my birthday, which I call QueenDay :) Well Bye bye for now, I hope you all are enjoying this year so far.
